Andy Main (8-1-1) will meet Kenny “The Tooth Fairy” Foster (10-8) at CFFC 36 at Mennen Arena in Morristown, N.J. on June 21.
Most recently, Main collected a submission victory over Brian Kelleher in the co-main event of CFFC 34. Main also has a draw with Aira Okada at Pancrase 256. Previous to that, Main earned a majority decision over Hiroki Aoki in his Pancrase debut. Main made his CFFC debut over a year ago when he defeated Sylvain Bynum at CFFC 19. Main has not suffered a defeat since losing via decision to Lester Caslow at Ring of Combat 28.
Main was on season 12 of “The Ultimate Fighter” and was a part of team Koscheck. Main was eliminated from the show after being submitted by Kyle Watson in the second round.
Foster is currently riding a two fight skid. Foster most recently lost a decision to Anthony Morrison at Bellator 108 and another decision to Claudio Ledesma at Bellator 74. Foster last fought for the CFFC in February of 2012 where he lost a decision to former UFC featherweight, Joey Gambino. Foster’s last victory was at Bellator 65 where he defeated Jay Haas via guillotine choke
