Bellator 95 has made a new change to the card. Kevin Roddy from Brick, New Jersey and also fights out of Pellegrino MMA is the newest addition to the card. Roddy is a former Strikeforce fighter who has fought many tough opponents like Freddy Assuncao, Dennis Bermudez, Jason Mclean, and Rafaello Oliveira. Roddy has 27 professional fights under his belt and is a true veteran in the sport of mixed martial arts. This jiu-jitsu black belt will meet Bellator veteran Brylan Van Artsdalen. Van Artsdalen has not been that consistent since he has been with Bellator, in fact, Van Artsdalen is undefeated outside the Bellator cage. Van Artsdalen has five losses and all five defeats are by the way of submission. Although van Artsdalen has been submitted in all his defeats, he has submitted his opponents in all seven of his victories. Both fighters are strong ground fighters and it should be interesting to see how this one unfolds. This is also the second fight for Pellegrino MMA of the night as Liam McGeary makes his Bellator MMA debut in the 205 lbs. weight class.
