Marlon Moraes has built a name for himself inside the Word Series of Fighting as he has earned back -to back victories, including a decision over Miguel Torres and a KO win over Tyson Nam at WSOF 3: Johnson vs. Arlovski. Mores will now join the WSOF 4: Spong vs. DeAnda card as he meets Brandon Hempleman (9-1). Hempleman is not that well known, but earned a big decision victory over Paul McVeigh at cage Warriors 50  back in December of 2012. Both fighters have good experience in the cage and have fought some top fighters in their weight class. These two talented bantamweights will clash on the main card of the stacked WSOF 4 card on August 10th at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California. Former XFC lightweight champion, Nick Newell (9-0) will also be added to the card as he faces “TUF 13″ cast member Keon “The Black Assassin” Caldwell. The prelims of WSOF 4: Spong vs. DeAnda will also feature a middleweight match-up between Gerald Harris (21-5) and Jorge Santiago (25-11). Harris is coming off a decision lost to Josh Burkman at WSOF 1: Arlovski vs. Cole, where as Santiago was cut from the UFC after a single lost to Gunnar Nelson.
