Andre Soukhamthath believes he has edge over Kin Moy at CES 21

Andre SoukhamthathThe 25- year-old, Andre “The Asian Sensation” Soukhamthath (7-1) will return to his home of Rhode Island this Friday night to face undefeated prospect Kin “Kong” Moy (5-0) at Classic Entertainment and Sports’ (CES) MMA 21.

In December, Soukhamthath defeated Corey Simmons  via TKO at CES MMA 20.The victory marked Soukhamthath’s seventh career victory, also his seventh win inside the CES cage. Previous to that fight, Soukhamthath defeated Billy Vaughan at CES: Rise or Fall by key lock in the opening round.

Soukhamthath now resides in Boca Raton, FLa. where he trains at the Blackzilians’ facility. Soukhamthath has the opportunity to train alongside fighters like Rashad Evans, Vitor Belfort, Anthony Johnson, Michael Johnson, and many more. ”Just by working with guys who are on another level, I feel like I’m improving everyday,” Soukhamthath said.

Moy will enter the CES cage for the 2nd time in his professional career. Moy is undefeated with 3 wins coming by the way of submission. Moy is a talented fighter, but Soukhamthat is a step-up in competition. ”I’ve seen him through the years,” Soukhamthath said. “I don’t think he’s a better athlete than me, and that is where my advantage will be.”
